IMPORTANT WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy Notice

How information submitted on this website is handled.

Information you choose to provide

The access-interest form collects your email address, country or region, and optional marketing preference. The support form collects your name, email address, topic and message. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, account credentials or sensitive financial records.

Why the information is used

Access-interest details are used to handle the request and communicate about access opportunities. Support details are used to review and respond to the issue. Optional product-news consent is separate, unchecked by default, and is not needed to submit an access request.

Storage and access

Submitted requests are stored on the website’s server and are accessible to authorised website administrators. There is no public list of submissions and no public administration interface. Submitting the form does not send your details to TradingView.

Retention

Form submissions are retained for up to 180 days. Expired entries are removed through the site’s scheduled retention process. Copies in server backups may remain until those backups expire. Ask through the Help Centre if you need your submitted details corrected or removed, or want to withdraw an optional marketing preference.

Security and abuse prevention

The site uses HTTPS when deployed, request validation, a form-session token and request-rate controls. An IP-derived digest may be used transiently to reduce abuse. Your raw IP is not stored with your form submission. Web-server logs may contain technical connection details needed for website operation.

Device preferences

Your privacy choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Scanner selection and filters can be retained in session storage for the current browsing session. The Forex calculator runs on your device and does not transmit its inputs to the site server.

External market-data provider

TradingView widgets load only when you allow external market data. Loading them connects your browser to TradingView and associated services. Their own privacy and cookie practices apply. You can stop loading external charts through Privacy Choices, although existing provider cookies are managed in your browser.

Service-specific information

MyQFX ai account services, MyQFX learning and QCommunity may have separate privacy notices and operators. Review their notices at the relevant destination. The public website does not assume that account data or entitlements transfer between services.

Contact

For questions about website data, select Privacy request in the Help Centre. The authorised site operator handles those enquiries. Any confirmed operating-entity details appear on the About page.
